Worldwide shipping is available via DHL, FedEx, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please allow 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Shipping & handling rates are based on weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. You must provide an email to receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Orders cannot be combined & shipping addresses cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.
We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Any orders over $400 will be shipped with "signature required."
We do not ship to PO Box Addresses (including APO, AE, AA, AP, and FPO).
International Tracking: If tracking on your shipment is at a standstill, please get in touch with DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly for more information.
Delivery: Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact DHL, FedEx, or UPS for more details. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted but no delivery or notice, please get in touch with USPS or your local mail carrier immediately.
Return Policy: All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Only requests after the seven-day limit will be approved.
